Our Client is the leading independent insurance and reinsurance management provider in Dublin, offering management, finance, compliance and actuarial services to both in-house and third-party clients.

 

Our Client provides independent actuarial advice to the non-life insurance and reinsurance industries both in Ireland and internationally. Our Client’s actuarial team consists of three qualified actuaries and two student actuaries and some of the services they provide include External Actuarial Function, External Risk Function, Pricing, Reserving, Reporting and Capital Modelling.

Our Client customer sectors are split approximately as follows:

• Insurance Companies                      40%

• Reinsurance Companies                  25%

• Captives                                              20%

• Other                                                   15%.

 

About the Role

 

Working closely with the actuarial team, the successful candidate’s role would include all areas of consultancy and risk, including:

• Reserving;

• Pricing;

• Capital Modelling;

• Risk Management;

• Regulatory Reporting;

• Business Development.
